The JOY Challenge

Do YOU want more JOY in your life?

Of course, you do! Or at least we hope you do. No matter how much JOY you have, more JOY is possible.

For some, the holidays  be a time of great joy. They can also be a time of great pressure, stress or sadness. 

Our hope is that by joining this challenge, you'll receive a little nudge each day to help you experience and express joy, no matter what the coming weeks hold for you.

By joining the challenge, you will also have the opportunity to engage with a community of like-hearted people around the world who are also participating in this journey of JOY. You can share your experiences with each prompt, relay stories, and/or simply encourage one another each day. 

Whichever way you choose to engage, we're simply excited to have you join in. To make this as accessible as we can, we've opted to make this challenge a Pay What You Can opportunity. While we've provided a suggested price of $15, you can contribute as little or as much as you can to participate in and make this challenge available to others.

Once you sign up, you'll be invited to join The JOY Challenge, hosted inside of our online community, This Extraordinary Life. Once inside, you'll receive 12 daily prompts starting on December 9, 2019, that are designed to help youthis holiday season.
